September is coming to an end, and it’s bittersweet.
Sleeptember is also wrapping up, but that doesn’t mean that sleep won’t still be the most productive part of your day during the rest of the year.
In fact, in all of my wellness studies and personal experiments, I always come back to improving sleep. For me — and many of my clients, too — sleep is both a barometer and an essential ingredient for experiencing optimum health.
When you’re not sleeping well, it can often be a sign that something else is out of balance. Hormonal, emotional, and even muscular issues can quickly throw off your sleep patterns.
And when you can sleep easily and deeply, you find that you feel, look, and think your best.
Today I’m sharing a yoga video to help you unwind physical, mental, and emotional tension and prepare you for a great night’s sleep.
I call this a “Pre-ZZZ Sequence” because you’ll be zzz-ing in no time!

- Start with the Pre-ZZZ Sequence (and practice in your pajamas)
- Take the last pose (savasana) in bed (yup, IN the bed)
